TERMS OF SERVICE
Thank you for your interest in my work! ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟTo keep the commission process organized and transparent, I have gathered some important information below regarding payments, deadlines, revisions, and usage rights.By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please note that these terms may be updated in the future, but any changes will not affect commissions that have already been confirmed.
I primarily work on creating original characters (OCs), mascots, and character designs, developing unique visual concepts based on each client's ideas. I also create custom illustrations and artwork for content creators, RPG projects, games, and other creative endeavors.Commissions may be intended for personal or commercial use, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms of Service.
While I enjoy exploring a variety of ideas and concepts, some types of projects fall outside the scope of the services I currently offer. This includes extreme gore, NSFW content, realistic artwork, highly detailed musculature, and explicit religious or political content.I also do not accept commissions involving the unauthorized commercial use of copyrighted characters, trademarks, or other protected intellectual property.
Commission prices vary depending on complexity, number of characters, background requirements, and intended usage of the artwork. Each project receives a personalized quote, and any prices listed as "starting at" should be considered a general reference only.Payments are made via PayPal and may be requested either in full upfront or split into two installments (50% before work begins and 50% before final delivery).Production will only begin after the initial payment has been confirmed.Significant changes requested after the sketch has been approved may incur additional fees.
Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued.Cancellation requests made before work has started may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances of the commission. In the event of a cancellation, only the work completed up to that point may be delivered to the client. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the artwork's completion. Failure to do so may result in the commission being suspended, and the final files will not be delivered until the outstanding payment has been settled.
The process begins with the client providing references and a description of the commission. Once the initial payment has been confirmed, a sketch will be created for approval. After the sketch is approved, the artwork will move into the finalization stage, and progress updates may be shared throughout the process. The final artwork will be delivered once full payment has been received.Up to 4 minor revisions are included free of charge during the process. Revisions requested after the painting/rendering stage has begun, or significant changes requested during later stages of production, may incur additional fees.Delivery times typically range from 2 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the project. In specific circumstances, this timeframe may be adjusted with prior notice. If the client takes an extended period to respond to approvals or important requests, the deadline may be paused until communication is resumed.
The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist, who reserves the right to display the artwork in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials. If the client wishes to keep the commission private, an additional fee may apply upon prior agreement. The client is permitted to use the artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, and social media posts, provided that proper credit is given when applicable. Commercial usage rights may also be granted, provided they are discussed and agreed upon in advance.Claiming authorship of the artwork, reselling or profiting from it without permission, removing signatures or credits, or making significant edits without prior consent is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly prohibited to use the artwork for Artificial Intelligence training, machine learning systems, datasets, or NFT-related projects.
Commercial use must be disclosed at the time of requesting a quote so that an appropriate license can be agreed upon. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, the use of artwork in brands, visual identities, games, applications, physical or digital products intended for sale, monetized content, and any project that generates direct or indirect profit. The cost of a commercial license varies depending on the type of use, audience reach, and intended purpose of the project. Requests involving exclusive rights, extended rights transfers, or broader licensing agreements may be subject to additional fees.Large-scale commercial or monetized projects may be subject to additional commercial usage terms. These terms will be presented and discussed during the quotation process after the client has disclosed the intended use of the artwork.
Commissions placed by two or more people will be treated as a single commission, with a quote provided for the project as a whole. The organization and division of payments among participants are the responsibility of the group, and work will only begin after at least 50% of the total agreed amount has been received. In specific situations, particularly when participants are located in different countries, individual pricing adjustments may be considered to facilitate the commission process. These arrangements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not apply to individual commissions. All participants involved must agree to these Terms of Service before the project begins, and the commission request should be submitted with the details previously defined in order to avoid delays or significant changes during production.
Commissions can be requested via Discord, email, or Instagram. All communication regarding a commission will be conducted exclusively through text; therefore, I do not offer voice calls, video calls, or audio messages. For the safety and privacy of both parties, personal information will not be shared. My business hours are Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Brasília Time).Responses outside these hours may occur but are not guaranteed, especially on weekends and public holidays. If I need to be unavailable for an extended period, affected clients will be notified in advance whenever possible. To maintain a healthy and productive working environment, I kindly ask that agreed deadlines and procedures be respected. Excessive pressure, repeated demands for updates, or inappropriate behavior during the commission process may result in the cancellation of the commission.
The prices and conditions outlined in these Terms of Service may be updated in the future without affecting commissions that have already been confirmed.Clients are strongly encouraged to have the full project budget available before beginning the commission process. Finally, the artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that falls outside their scope of work, availability, or professional interests, without being required to provide a justification.
